Corporations by Decision No 1152/QD-UB dated March 2nd 2004 of Hanoi People’s Committee.

Hanoi of Import – Export and Investment
Corporations
UNIMEX HANOI became a member of Hanoi Trade
Corporation under the
decision No.
125/2004/QD-UB dated August 11th 2004
of Hanoi People’s Committee of establishing Hanoi Trade Corporation which is pilot
operating under model parent and child company.
8. From
October 2005 until now :
One member State-owned Company Limited
Under decision No. 152/2005/QD-UB dated
October 4th 2005 of
Hanoi People’s Committee, Hanoi Import – Export and Investment Corporation was
officially converted operation model into One member State-owned Company
Limited ( effected on October 1st 2005).
